The Guardians have a large task in keeping watch over the world, so they have a group of little friends to help them out...

Rin is a plant pixie and, with others of his kind, ensures the survival of the various plants in the world by overseeing the provision of nutrients and aiding pollination. He finds happiness in his work and can often be heard humming as he flies across the land.

Merya is a Spring fairy and she brings colour and life to the awakening world. As young flowers bloom, she dances across their petals, leaving behind an array of sparkling colours. She is notorious for getting overexcited and will get her colours mixed up and wrong, but the result is often glorious!

Glyna lives among the insects and usually with the bees. She looks after the various colonies and ensures that their needs are attended to. With some of the Earth's tiniest inhabitants in her charge, she is determined that they will not be ignored and her enthusiasm and vivacity make her appear larger than life.

Flick is a Winter fairy - hidden away in dark caves for most of the year, she only comes out in the freezing winter nights. Then, beneath the silver moon she paints her beautiful ice patterns across the land. Although she finds joy in her work, she longs to be able to live in the bright warmth of Summer, but she is unable to and so carries an eternal sadness.
